Wonderful race, nice to have bathrooms at the start, lots of pacers, but could have used more over 10 minutes, beautiful course. Only complaint was getting stuck the parking lot afterwards, took 40 minutes to get out.

beautiful day, lovely park and good support. necklace instead of medal, which I loved. we were too slow for cinabons, but there were mimosas in the sun.

I ran this one in 2004. It is a fun event! The course is mentally challenging because it consists of two out-and-back legs. But, if you have friends that run at different paces, this gives you the opportunity to high-five them several times throughout the course. The race is well-managed and the warm cinnamon rolls at the finish line were like heaven!
