Nice course but a bit hilly. I walked a lot of it with a friend so we could "sightsee" but overall it was fun and had good course support. I'd like to do it again and actually run it!

It was fun to finally have a Rock ‘n Roll in my home town! The course was hilly, but it was a great event and the post-race concert was awesome!

Hilly but beautiful course (even Kara Goucher said it was hilly!). The rhodys were stunning. It rained but hey, it's Portland. Already signed up for next year!

Hadn't planned on registering, but hey, the course went through my neighborhood (mi. 6 about 3 blocks from home!),and miles 3-7 are part of my usual training runs, so why not?!? Needless to say, I was quite fond of the course, and thanks to my neighbors for coming out and cheering me (us) on. I wish the weather had cooperated more and we had a few more volunteers at some of the aid stations (oh, and please put the gear trucks a little closer to the finish.) Liked the bands, especially the Girls School of Rock on Hawthorne!
