2011
Brenda Doucette Beautiful course, one of the prettiest I have run.
Time:02:48

Christopher Stephens There was indeed a bottleneck at the first mile - runners actually had to stop completely. Still, a well-run event despite that.
Time:02:11

Andrea Kong It was a nice mid-sized race. Weather worked out perfect. Start is a congestion since there are no waves and there is a bottleneck in the first mile but after that it's nice. Run by the lake is nice. Lots of water stops.
Time:02:10

Time:02:41

Kim Groshek New course this year, out and back, start at capital. I liked it. It was warm. I think it would have even worked better at a 6 a.m. start to keep it cool during the whole race.
Time:02:05

Glenn Salka Well organized, nice course, much of it running by the lakes and through a park. Very tough hill at mile 3.5, and there were a few other hills but overall I'd call it flat. No music on course but crowd support was good.

Michelle Albrecht Very crowded. The route was nice - It was flat, except for one short hill.

Joan Hanna Darrell I ran this as my 8th race in a row during my worse allergy time of the year when the trees come out. This was hilly seemingly nonstop.GReat yellow medals and ribbon that matched the techno shirt.Sheraton was across the street from the expo, start and finish and they let us have late free check out. The Brats and sauerkraut afterwards are a must.

Lots of people were outside with hoses spraying us down and I think that saved me! :)Race Results: http://www.athlinks.com/login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fClaimEntry.aspx%3fe%3d5227684%26c%3d13558&ilo=1
